Robert
Nihill has over twenty –five years experience in the development and
implementation of sales & service effectiveness, coaching, teambuilding,
and change management programs. 
Prior to
joining Lydan Partners Barry spent over 25 years in Engineering, Sales,
Sales Management and General Management roles for companies manufacturing,
designing and building industrial automation and products for consumers in
both automotive and non automotive industries.
Operations
Executive with full P&L responsibility for various industrial business
units including metal stamping & assembly, fluid handling systems,
electronic & electrical products and more. 16 years of global
manufacturing experience with past 11 years at senior management levels.
(North America, Europe and Asia). Brad holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree from University of Waterloo and has been trained in
industrial engineering at Ford Motor Company and Lean Manufacturing
concepts in Japan. Brad is fluent in Czech an familiar with German, French
and Russian.
Upon
receiving an Honors Degree in Business Finance from Liberty University,
Ryan embarked on a career with PricewaterhouseCoopers acquiring in depth
accounting knowledge specifically in the manufacturing, finance, and
technology fields. This knowledge assisted Ryan as he transitioned to his
role as an Engagement Manager with John MacDonald & Associates. In this
capacity, Ryan assisted over 250 corporations with a focus on strategic
cash flow management, restructuring activities, and taxation.
Extensive
Operations and Management experience in automotive and non-automotive
environments. Direct experience with engineering, manufacturing, project
management, purchasing, sales, accounting, financial analysis, human
resources management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, EBITDA,
and cost containment. The combination of excellent people skills,
entrepreneurial aptitude, good business savvy and a strong technical
background, allowed me to be successful in senior position such as;
Operations and Plant Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General
Manager.
