Robert

both automotive and non automotive industries.
His most recent position was General Manager for CenterLine (Windsor)
Limited's Automation Components Division, a manufacturer of resistance
welding guns and ancillary components. Before this he held several
positions within ABB Inc including Vice President, Global Key Account
Magna International and Canadian General Manager and Sales Manager
appointments within the ABB Flexible Automation Division.
With a solid engineering background, Barry’s experience ranges from
equipment procurement and commissioning, sales and negotiation of small to
multimillion dollar automation projects and manufacturing cost reduction,
streamlining and restructuring and is experienced in most industrial
processes and functions.
A results oriented professional with a strong background in setting
strategy, operations, developing budgets and targets, problem analysis,
delivering quality solutions and driving profitable sales growth to meet
long term strategic goals and objectives.

Degree from University of Waterloo and has been trained in
industrial engineering at Ford Motor Company and Lean Manufacturing
concepts in Japan. Brad is fluent in Czech an familiar with German, French
and Russian.

Ryan Robertson
Upon
receiving an Honors Degree in Business Finance from Liberty University,
Ryan embarked on a career with PricewaterhouseCoopers acquiring in depth
accounting knowledge specifically in the manufacturing, finance, and
technology fields. This knowledge assisted Ryan as he transitioned to his
role as an Engagement Manager with John MacDonald & Associates. In this
capacity, Ryan assisted over 250 corporations with a focus on strategic
cash flow management, restructuring activities, and taxation.
He spent the years 2006-2008
assisting Luxell Technologies Inc., a public company on the TSX, with
their restructuring activities and spent time as the Company's controller
and CFO. Ryan currently serves as a part-time CFO with Companies in both
the defense manufacturing & clean technology industries.
His knowledge of restructuring
activities, his experience with balancing the cash-flows of distressed
companies, and his relationships with venture capitalists & merchant
bankers are a vital asset to any client.
Mark Frey
Extensive
Operations and Management experience in automotive and non-automotive
environments. Direct experience with engineering, manufacturing, project
management, purchasing, sales, accounting, financial analysis, human
resources management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, EBITDA,
and cost containment. The combination of excellent people skills,
entrepreneurial aptitude, good business savvy and a strong technical
